Cleaning / Carpet Cleaning

Along with over 15 years experience, MBM's technicians and cleaners have proof in hand of licenses, certifications, insurance, testimonials, etc. We use the industry's most advanced truck-mounted carpet cleaning system, specially engineered for unrivaled cleaning power and deep-down suction to remove ground in soil and revive the appearance of carpets, upholstery and rugs.

First we inspect carpets, upholstery and rugs to identify potential problems including pet stains and microbial contamination (mold and mildew) on carpeting, rugs and upholstery to be cleaned. All cleaning steps along with additional recommended procedures are reviewed including the initial agreed upon price and the price for any recommended procedures. We will not clean or charge you for anything you do not initially agree to and sign for before cleaning begins.

We commercially pre-vacuum to remove as much dry dirt and particles as possible and then pre-treat with special emphasis on spots and spills. This will emulsify foreign particles and aid in cleaning

Your carpet, rugs and upholstery are then steam cleaned with our truck mounted, deep steam cleaning process. Everything is thoroughly rinsed to flush foreign particles out. We regulate the pressure so as not to over-wet. Hot water is kept between 180 and 220 degrees, to aid in sanitizing.

Professionally cleaned carpet and upholstery will take from two to five hours to dry. It is recommended you wait the minimum of two hours before moving any furniture back onto clean carpeting. The use of coasters under your heavier items aids in drying and adds to the life carpet.

It is recommended your carpet be stretched as well. A poorly stretched carpet wears faster than a flat, properly stretched carpet. Wrinkles and waves also contribute to tripping and falling accidents in the home. By having carpets professionally stretched, years are added to the life of the carpet and safety issues are decreased.

In addition MBM professionally repairs ripped seems, worn spots, torn areas, and exposed or fraying edges.
